・病院内での理学療法士業務

・急性期から回復期まで幅広い患者のリハビリを担当

・日常生活動作や社会復帰を目指した支援

・多職種チームで一人ひとりの目標達成をサポート

【仕事内容】

・入院・外来患者への生活動作訓練、上肢機能訓練

・認知機能訓練や作業活動の実施

・他職種とのカンファレンス参加、ケアプラン作成

・身体機能や生活動作の評価・モニタリング
