当社の仕事は、ただ機械を組み立てて終わりではありません。

全国のお客様先へ出張し、機械の設置やメンテナンスも行ないます。

出張先で既存の機械の調子を伺い、「実はこの部分が…」と相談されることも。

部品交換や調整で不具合が直った時、お客様から「ありがとう、助かったよ」と直接感謝の言葉をいただけるのが、この仕事の大きなやりがいです。

巨大な製麺機は、一人では決して作れません。

製造チームは30代~50代の気さくな先輩ばかり。

仕事中は黙々と作業に集中しますが、分からないことがあればすぐに聞ける話しやすい雰囲気です。

お互いの得意なことを活かし、頼り合いながら一つの製品を完成させていく。

チームの一員として貢献している実感が、日々のモチベーションに繋がります。

入社後は、経験豊富な先輩が教育担当としてマンツーマンで指導します。

まずは簡単な部品の確認や工具の使い方から。実務を通して、少しずつ専門的な知識や技術を身につけていきましょう。

資格取得支援制度もあるので、一生モノのスキルを身につけ、お客様からも仲間からも頼られる存在へと成長できます。

【具体的な業務内容】

  • 機械図面の確認
  • 機械装置の組立(ボルト締結、溶接など)
  • 部品の運搬(フォークリフト、玉掛け、クレーンを使用)
  • お客様先での搬入・設置・稼働確認(月1~2回、3日~1週間の出張あり)
  • 部品加工(材料切断、穴あけなど)

応募資格・条件


既卒・第二新卒歓迎 / 英語力不問 / 未経験OK

高校卒以上 / 未経験OK

  • 普通自動車免許(AT限定可)をお持ちの方
  • 玉掛け、クレーンの資格をお持ちの方

08:50〜17:30

実働時間:7時間30分/日

※休憩:12:00~13:00(60分)、15:00~15:10(10分)

給与


月給 208,000円 ~ 314,000円 (※想定年収 3,500,000円 ~ 5,500,000円)

※上記に加え、職能手当(月5000円~12万円)を別途支給します。

※経験・能力、年齢を考慮の上、決定します。

試用期間の長さ:6ヶ月
