本社・業務部にて、

受発注業務を中心とした事務業務全般をお任せします。

仕事内容

  • 販売管理ソフトを使用した

請求書・納品書などの書類作成

  • 受発注データの入力、管理
  • 納品書・請求書の整理、売上管理
  • カタログ発送などの軽作業
  • 電話、メールによるお客様対応
  • 事務所内のサポート業務全般

※業務は段階的にお任せします

※未経験でも一つずつ覚えられる環境です

※開発部門のサポートをお願いすることもあります

・基本的なPC操作ができる方

・Excel(入力、簡単な表作成程度)が使える方、歓迎

・事務未経験OK

・ブランクのある方も歓迎

必須条件

・高卒以上

・基本的なPC操作ができる方

(Excel・Wordへの入力ができればOK)

※専門的なスキルは入社後に覚えていただけます

・一般事務/営業事務/経理事務の経験がある方

・歯科業界での勤務経験がある方

(歯科器材の販売、歯科技工士、歯科助手など)

・Excel操作に慣れている方

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)をお持ちの方

・徒歩・自転車で通勤できる方

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

平日/9:00~18:00

(休憩12:00~13:00)

*残業なし

※基本は9:00~18:00勤務となります

9:00~17:00など

時短勤務をご希望の場合はご相談ください

基本給:月給 20万1600円

固定残業代:なし
