仕事内容:

下記の業務すべてをするのではなく適性に合わせて担当して頂きます。

1.野菜の受発注業務

お客様からの野菜の注文を確認し仕入れ先と調整する。

仕入れ先である自営農場や外注の生産者と生産計画、出荷計画を調整し、客先と納品数を調整する。

また、納品の配送の手配・調整を行う。

その他資材管理等

2.人事・経理業務

請求書、納品書等の確認、その他付随書類の作成、給与作成

採用活動の対応

3.総務関係業務

会社への問い合わせ対応

4.外国人支援業務

外国人従業員の申請業務

入国許可申請、更新申請等

外国人従業員の生活支援業務等

日本でのルールおよび生活指導

各種役所への届出フォロー、各税金等のフォロー

■Excel、Wordで文章作成や簡単な計算式等が扱える方

※事務員としての勤務経験がなくてもOK◎

■普通自動車免許(AT限定可)

勤務時間・曜日:

8:00~17:00 (休憩1時間)

週休2日シフト制

年間休日111日(計画有給5日間含む)

お盆休み 3日間(計画有給含む)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥25,960(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

昇給あり 年1回(能力による)

賞与あり 年1回(2年目より支給 業績及びの能力による)

住宅手当あり(家賃、共益費、駐車場代の合計の半額支給 上限3万円まで)

*ただし遠方の方で通勤距離10㎞以内に賃貸を借りる方のみ支給
