仕事内容

事務作業全般をお願いします。

お仕事は先輩が丁寧にお教えします(マニュアル完備)

< 具体的には… >

・PCを使った書類作成、専用フォーマットへのデータ入力・管理など一般事務

・伝票作成・整理/ファイリングなど営業事務

・予入金処理などの出納・経理補助

・在庫管理・受発注などの商品管理

・電話対応・郵便物の仕分けなど庶務・雑務

※事前研修もしっかり致しますので、安心してご応募ください。

資格


学歴不問。資格不問。未経験者歓迎

Word/ワード・Excel/エクセルなど、オフィスソフトの基本操作が可能な方

  • 主夫・主婦歓迎&子育てが落ち着いた既婚者さん歓迎

  • 事務・経理・総務・庶務など、オフィスワーク・アシスタント業務経験者優遇

勤務時間


・勤務曜日:月・火・水・木・金

・勤務時間:

[1] 08:30~12:30

・最低勤務日数(週):5日

8:30~12:30/実働4時間

  • 時間固定の短時間勤務です。
  • 午前中心の半日勤務なので、家庭との両立もしやすいです

休日


土曜、日曜、祝日

GW、夏季、年末年始
