仕事内容:

工場内で製品の品質を守る検査・メンテナンス業務をお任せします。

未経験の方でも、入社後のOJTで基礎から学べる環境です。

具体的には

製品の検査・試験

鋼線製品の外観検査(傷・変形・汚れの確認)や寸法測定、

機械特性・物性試験を行い、規格や基準に基づいて確認します。

検査・測定器の管理

マイクロメータやノギス、試験機などの測定器について、

日常点検や簡単なメンテナンスを行い、正確な測定環境を保ちます。

書類作成

検査成績書や試験データの記録など、

品質に関わる書類を作成します。

改善・サポート業務

不具合発生時の原因確認や再発防止の検討、

作業手順の見直しなど、品質向上に関わる業務にも携わります。

業務は複数名のチームで行い、

声をかけ合いながら確認・協力して進める職場です。

月給21万円~24万円
