Key Responsibilities

  • Build and drive strategy for the APAC region with a focus on Japan and South Korea, in partnership with your GTM partners

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align field marketing activities with broader business objectives and pipeline needs

  • Drive lead generation through field events, collaborating with performance marketing peers

  • Creating executive targeted events to drive pipeline generation and deal acceleration

  • Plan and execute our large-scale annual flagship event by working closely with the global event lead, adapting the global strategy to ensure successful local implementation

  • Collaborate with the global partner lead and local partner business lead to develop and execute co-marketing programs that drive partner business growth

  • Ensure positive ROI from all field marketing activities, using data to measure success and make strategic adjustments

  • Adapt global marketing strategies to the specific needs and nuances of the APAC market

  • Work cross functionally with comms, customer marketing to create local reference customers

Required Skills and Experiences

  • At least 5 years of experience executing large-scale field marketing campaigns, preferably within global B2B tech organisations.

  • Professional proficiency in English and Japanese and experience in working closely with cross cultural functions. Fluency in both English and Japanese is required, along with proven experience collaborating effectively across diverse, cross-cultural teams

  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to stay organised in high-pressure situations

  • Possesses a strong work ethic, collaborative mind set, and proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.

  • Possesses a practical and proactive attitude with a humble approach, demonstrating proficiency in accomplishing tasks efficiently.

  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across functions to develop strategy and influence decision making.

  • Strong understanding of B2B event planning and management.

  • Demonstrated track record of independently leading large-scale first-party events from conception to execution.

  • Proven experience creating and executing effective marketing campaigns to drive attendance and engagement at online and offline events

  • Proven experience managing event budgets
