仕事内容:

販売・整備・レンタル・保険などを手掛ける当社にて、将来のカスタマーサクセス責任者候補として勤務していただきます。

【主な業務内容】

・納車後・契約後のお客様フォロー

・クレーム・トラブルの一次対応

・各部門との調整業務

・CS業務フローの整備・仕組み化

※最初は現場業務からスタートします

※管理職ではありません

求める人材:

・顧客対応・接客・営業などの経験(業界不問)

・基本的なPC操作ができる方

【歓迎】

・CS・SV・店長経験

・業務改善や仕組みづくりに興味がある方

勤務時間・曜日:

9:30~18:30(実労働8時間)

→休憩60分

・残業は基本ナシ

→発生した場合は、残業代別途支給

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日制(休日は日祝日)

→土曜日は交互で出勤

※平日に振替があります

・夏期休暇

・年末年始休暇

・年次有給休暇(入社半年経過後10日~最高20日)

・特別休暇(忌引他)

アクセス:

多摩都市モノレール 大塚・帝京大学 徒歩で10分

京王線 聖蹟桜ヶ丘駅 バスで10分

給与:

基本給250,000円~

・昇給年1回(7月)

・賞与年2回(7月・12月)

・交通費規定支給(月上限35,000円)

・残業手当

→基本残業はありませんが、

発生した場合は100%支給いたします
