具体的な仕事内容

・Unity を利用したゲーム開発/テスト/運用

・ゲーム UI の実装

・開発をサポートするツールや拡張の実装

・ゲームに応じたシェーダーやグラフィック技術の開発

・最適化

開発環境

・ゲームエンジン:Unity

・開発言語:主に C#

・開発ツール:GitHub, Rider, Visual Studio, Google Workspace, XCode, Android Studio, GitHub Copilot など

応募資格

  • 必須条件 / 経験

・C# の業務での使用経験

・Unity を使った経験

・モバイルもしくはコンシューマ開発経験

  • 優遇条件 / 経験

・GoF や SOLID 原則など,デザインパターンに関する知識

・タスク、Rx(Reactive Extensions) といった非同期開発に関する知識・経験

・リリースされたゲームでの運用開発経験

・テストに対する理解や自動化されたテストの開発経験

・コードレビューのあるチームでの開発経験

・アジャイル開発やスクラムでの開発経験

・モダンなエンジン技術とレンダリングパイプラインへの理解

・周囲と積極的にコミュニケーションをとり、協調して開発をすすめることが得意な方

・ゲームの技術面を分析的にプレイすることが好きな方

給与

応相談

月給340,000円〜750,000円
※経験やスキルに応じて変動する
内訳
基本給:259,048円〜571,429円
見込み時間外手当:80,952円〜178,571円
・人事考課による給与改定:年2回
・業績に応じて決算賞与あり

フレックスタイム制
