  • 具体的な仕事内容

・電話、FAXやWEBからの受注管理

・取引先からの電話応対

・販売管理システムへの入力

・納品の数量や金額の確認

・運送会社の手配

・その他伝票整理や事務所内の整理整頓

営業担当と協力しながら、

スーパーや飲食店など取引先への受発注業務をお願いいたします。

  • スキル:PC入力が出来る方

エクセルやワードが出来る方 歓迎

具体的には…

ピボットテーブルが使えたり、

表計算シートの作成が出来ると助かります。

データ分析やグラフ作成まで出来なくても大丈夫です

  • 経験:事務経験のある方

営業事務・一般事務経験者 歓迎

総務・人事・経理経験者の方 優遇

月給 220000円 ~

給与:本採用時と同じです。
