局長や部長をサポートする秘書のお仕事です
スケジュール管理や電話応対、資料作成、来客対応などをお願いします。
1年間の派遣案件、社会保険完備のため、安心してキャリアを積んでいただけます。
秘書・事務の経験を活かしたい方に最適なポジションです
具体的には、、、
・スケジュール管理
・電話応対
・関係部門との連絡調整
・資料・情報の整理及び管理
・文書の受発信管理・作成
・来客対応(呈茶等含む)
・執務室等の環境整備(整理整頓、衛生管理、休憩時のお茶出し、新聞の受領及び配布、昼食の準備等含む)
・上記の付随的な業務(茶葉等の在庫管理、執務室の整理整頓等)
求めている人材
【応募資格】
・秘書技能検定準1級程度の実力を有する方
・基本的なPC操作が可能な方(Word、Excel)
・派遣先特有の仕事の進め方を正確に把握し、適切な対応ができる方
【経験・スキル】
・当該業務内容程度(役員秘書クラス)の実務経験を2年以上有する方
・接客及び電話応対のビジネスマナーを習得している方
・協調性を持って対応できる方
・自ら業務を完遂できる方
勤務時間詳細
勤務時間:8:15~17:15 または 8:30~17:30
休憩時間:1時間(基本的には12:00~13:00)
実働時間:8時間
時間外労働:繁忙状況により生じる可能性あり
契約更新期間:期間の定め:有(2026年4月1日~2027年3月31日)
契約の更新:無
更新上限:有(通算契約期間:5年)
休日休暇
・土日、祝日
・12月29日~翌年1月3日

基本給:時給 2000円 〜
