Q. どんな施設での仕事ですか?

A. 戸建住宅をメインとした太陽光設備の設置現場です。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 太陽光パネル、蓄電池、エコキュートなどの設置から、分電盤の取り付け、電気配線、メンテナンス、現地調査まで幅広い業務を担当します。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. 基本から丁寧にレクチャーし、不明点は先輩がちゃんと時間を取って教えてくれます。半年~1年ほどかけてじっくり育てていくので安心です。

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~19:00(実働8時間/休憩2時間)

※休憩のタイミングは自由工事内容により、1時間以上の休憩時間を設ける場合もあります。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥300,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥68,000(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

最短入社1年で主任への昇格が可能月給も【5~10万円】ほどUPします

年収例

750万円(31歳・入社4年/支部長)

525万円(28歳・入社3年/主任)

405万円(25歳・入社1年/施工スタッフ)※入社2年目以降は450万円以上確約

■賞与年3回(4月、8月、12月/基本給1ヶ月分以上×3回※昨年度実績:3~3.5ヶ月分)
