日本橋駅すぐの店舗で、スマホ・料金プランの説明や契約手続きなどを担当していただきます。未経験歓迎、安心の研修あり、チームでサポートしながら働けます。

研修・OJT制度が整っているので、スマホや料金プランの知識がなくても安心してスタートできます。

先輩スタッフが丁寧にサポートします。

仕事内容


大手モバイルショップで、スマートフォンや関連商品の接客・販売を担当していただきます。

【主な業務内容】

・スマートフォンや料金プランの説明

・新規契約・機種変更時の受付手続き

・スマホケースや保護フィルムなどの販売

・商品検品、ディスプレイ・POP作成

・その他付随する事務作業

・ご来店されたお客様への接客対応

・新機種やプランのご紹介

・スマホの操作方法のご案内

・契約・機種変更手続き

・POP作成など、店舗運営に関わる業務
