仕事内容:

法人企業様向けECサイト運営部門として、産業用ビニールカーテンやテント生地などのオーダーメイド製品を扱っています。お客様からの問い合わせ対応から、最適な製品の提案、製造・納品までの手配を一貫して行います。

【主な仕事内容】

・お客様対応(メイン): 電話、メール、FAXでの製品仕様・納期・価格に関するお問い合わせ対応。

・データ入力、見積書作成。

・受注後の発注業務(自社工場・外注先への手配)。

求める人材:

・ECサイト運営の実務経験がある方(年数不問)

・メールやチャット、電話などを使った業務上のコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方

・Office製品やGoogle Workspaceなどのご使用経験のある方

・基本的な電話応対、ビジネスメールスキルのある方

・お客様と話しながらPCへの入力ができる高いタイピングスキルをお持ちの方

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間:8:30~17:30(休憩1時間)※定時退社を推奨しております

勤務:平日(原則、暦通り)

休暇・休日:

休日・休暇:土日祝

※年に1~2回勉強会のため土曜出勤があります(振休あり)

※その他に会社公休日あり

アクセス:

名古屋駅から徒歩8分(地下道出口から2分)

自転車通勤もOK(駐輪場代は自己負担となります)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥238,200 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥32,430〜¥47,650(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
