職務内容

同社の主力商品である賃貸入居者(法人・個人)向け「家財」の少額短期保険商品の代理店営業をお任せします。

【具体的には】

  • 主な営業先:不動産管理会社や仲介業者、不動産オーナー活動内容:同社商品の導入に向けた新規開拓営業や既存顧客のフォロー
  • 営業手法と担当先:各営業の自己裁量を重視。担当顧客は1人当たり100店舗程度、エリア担当制を採用。

    • 既存フォロー内容:新商品導入時の説明、コンプライアンス指導、販売促進コンサルティン
    グ等。営業サポート職の社員と協力して行うため、営業は営業活動に専念することができます。

    組織構成

    東京営業部は、平均年齢39歳の11名(男性7名・女性4名)と営業サポート職3名の女性

    14名で構成されています。

    今回、事業拡大に伴い営業メンバーを募集しています。

    ■営業相手はほぼ経営者で視点の高い営業力が身に付きます。中途入社者多く、様々な意見を言える風通しのよい風土です。社内制度等も社員発信によって実現しています
