【ホテル事業について】
日本は観光資源が豊富な反面、家族やグループでの旅行に対応できる宿泊施設の数が十分でないのが現状です。
そこで、多人数でもゆったり泊まれる自社グループブランドとして「fav」「FAVLUX」「seven x seven」を展開し、主要観光都市を中心に全国各地で開発しています。
当社の強みは、徹底した省人化オペレーションにより、一般的なホテルでは50~60%といわれている損益分岐稼働率を20%未満に抑えた、低リスク収益モデルを構築していることです。
IT活用やDXによってオペレーションを極力シンプルに。
その成果として、コロナ禍での稼働率は20%ほどだったにもかかわらず、赤字のホテルは1軒もありませんでした。

【業務内容・本ポジションの魅力】
当社ホテルの「用地仕入れ」に特化したポジションになります。
用地を選定するところからホテルづくりに関わることができます。
仕入れた用地が開発され、そこにできたホテルが事業としての成長や社会課題の解決へと繋がっていく瞬間まで携われることが、本ポジションの魅力です。
【当社組織について】
2018年に20名程度だった社員数も、2024年には300名を超え、組織規模は拡大を続けております。
外資系不動産ファンド、金融機関、証券会社、国内大手事業会社、コンサルティングファーム、デザイナー、一級建築士、総合商社出身者など経験を積んだ先鋭プロフェッショナルを中心に構成されています。
採用情報
勤務時間 基本9:30~17:30(休憩時間1:00)
※フレックスタイム制度(コアタイムなし)を導入しており、上記就業時間に決まりはございません。
想定給与 経験、能力などを考慮の上、当社規定により決定
※非管理監督者は月30時間分の固定残業手当含む、超過分は追加支給
※3ヶ月の試用期間有り(試用期間中の条件変更なし)
【昇給】年2回(4月、10月)
【賞与】年2回(4月、10月)
※会社業績および個人のパフォーマンスにより支給
※評価制度による査定

年末年始(12/29~1/3)

資格:宅地建物取引士
