仕事概要
【goghについて】 gogh(ゴッホ)は、ひとことで言うと「アバター作業集中プロダクト」です。 ユーザーは自分だけのアバターとルームをカスタマイズし、BGM・環境音・タイマーを使って、一緒に作業集中することができます。 すでにスマホ版が200万DL、PC版が20万本売上を突破し、そのうち海外ユーザー比率が75%と、グローバルで広く利用されています。 gogh公式サイト goghのこれまでについて 【このポジションについて】 世界150万DLを超えたアバター作業集中アプリgoghのさらなる成長に向けた、プロダクトマネジメント業務を担当いただきます。 現在のgoghは、CEO・アートディレクター・PdM・UXUIデザイナーの4人のチームでプロダクトマネジメントに取り組んでおり、今後の展開に向けて、新規のPdM一名を募集します。 「Focus on Your life」をブランドステートメントに、アバターの力でユーザーが自分の作業や勉強に楽しく向き合える世界を、グローバルに広げていく挑戦を一緒にして頂きます。 業務内容 - プロダクト方針・開発機能・仕様の検討 - 統計データの分析・改善 - ユーザーヒアリング - カスタマーサポートのマネジメント - その他プロダクトの成長に必要な業務
必須スキル
- goghに高い関心・共感を持てる方 - PdM経験2年以上、またはPdM業務に類する経験と実績 - 統計データの取得(SQL)・基盤構築・数値分析への関心と適性 - データやユーザーの声を踏まえた、論理的な企画や提案が得意な方 - プロダクトの成長のために泥臭いことを含めた様々な業務にコミットできる方
歓迎スキル
- 数万以上のMAUを抱えるtoCアプリの開発運用経験 - 数万以上のMAUを抱えるインターネットサービス運用における統計データの分析経験
