【業務内容】

日々のリハビリ業務に加え、院内勉強会や伝達講習などを通じて最新の知見を学べる環境です。

外部研修への参加も推奨しており、学んだことをすぐに現場で活かせる風土があります。

セラピストとして知識をアップデートし続けたい、意欲的な若手層が互いに高め合いながら業務に取り組んでいます。

【1日のスケジュール例】

08:30 出勤・カルテチェック(情報を整理して一日の計画を立案)

09:00 リハビリテーション実施(評価に基づいた専門的なアプローチ)

12:00 昼休憩(オンオフを切り替え、しっかり休息)

13:00 リハビリテーション実施(一人ひとりの目標に向けた継続的な介入)

16:00 事務作業・勉強会(定期的な症例相談や知見の共有タイム)

16:45 リハ室の整理・翌日の準備

17:00 業務終了(効率的な業務遂行で、自己研鑽の時間も確保)
