【仕事内容】
■自社製OSのプロジェクトマネジメント
AUTOSAR Classic Platform準拠OSとして自社開発を行っている製品のプロジェクトマネジメントを担当していただきます。
ビジネス部門および専門分野の技術リーダーと連携し、プロジェクトの計画から運営、資源の調達、リスク計画と監視、スケジュール管理、あらゆるステークホルダとの折衝や経営陣へのレポートを行いながら、プロジェクトを完遂させることが主業務となります。
品質担保の重要性を理解したうえで、機能安全の知見を用いて上流~下流まで関わって頂きます。

・ソフトウエア開発経験が5年以上(C言語、アセンブリ)
・5名以上の規模のプロジェクトマネジメント経験が2年以上
・社内外のステークホルダとの折衝経験(論理的説明能力)
