About Atrae
Atrae is a Tokyo-based "People Tech" company dedicated to creating a world where people can work with passion and enthusiasm. The Mission
Wevox is a leading employee engagement platform in Japan, but we are just getting started on our journey to become a truly global "People Tech" product. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with experience in Western (US/European) markets to spearhead the evolution of our design system. Your mission will be to transform Wevox into a universally accessible and globally competitive product.
Key Responsibilities
- Universal Design Leadership:
Redefine and modernize Wevox's UI/UX to ensure it is intuitive, inclusive, and accessible to a diverse, global user base (Universal Design). - Global Product Evolution:
Leverage your experience with Western design standards to bridge the gap between our current product and international expectations. - End-to-End Design:
Take ownership of the entire lifecycle, from deep user research and strategic wireframing to high-fidelity visual design. - Strategic Collaboration:
Work directly with the founding members and engineers in our flat, holacratic organization to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Western Market Experience:
Proven track record of designing products for US or European audiences. You understand global UX patterns and aesthetic sensibilities. - Design Systems:
Strong experience in building or evolving scalable design systems. - Strategic Thinker:
You don't just push pixels; you solve complex business problems through design. - Language:
English (Professional proficiency).
Japanese is not required—we value your global design expertise and willingness to collaborate in a bilingual environment. - Mindset:
A "Product-First" mentality. You are passionate about "People Tech" and creating tools that genuinely empower people.
