As a privacy-tech company with deep expertise in privacy protection technologies and personal data protection, the company provides data infrastructure that facilitates the integration of personal data.

This product serves as a data platform that enables data collaboration while safeguarding the privacy of personal information. Following multiple proof-of-concept (PoC) projects with various partner companies, the company officially launched the service in August 2023.

In addition to data integration, the company is currently launching multiple new business ventures aimed at resolving all challenges related to the utilization of personal data. To support this rapid growth and pursue a superior customer experience, the company is looking to expand its team of Full-Stack Engineers who are deeply committed to high-quality development.

Since the company's products target enterprise-level clients, new feature development frequently occurs as part of the optimization process. In this environment, maintaining a structure that separates front-end and back-end development makes optimization difficult. Under the company's mission, high-level technical challenges have already emerged—and are expected to continue emerging—as they work to resolve the conflicting issues of data privacy regulation and Generative AI utilization (the "data utilization dilemma").

In particular, with the commercialization of new products on the horizon, the company seeks to hire an individual with the technical prowess to lead the construction of a world-class, unprecedented architecture that fuses Confidential Computing with the Generative AI ecosystem.

Impact and Phase of Challenge

The company's new product is currently in the trial phase, and preparation is in full swing for a commercial release in the spring of 2026. During this rapid growth period, your experience and skills will directly drive the following non-linear transformations:

・Transforming the Business Revenue Structure: As the growth strategy focuses on shifting from solution-based revenue to a higher ratio of product-based revenue, you will support this strategy through your technical expertise.

・Implementation of Innovative Features: You will lead the back-end design, development, and operation of features with high competitive advantages, such as image generation APIs, diverse data masking, and the development of counter-measures against "Shadow AI."

・Realizing the Platform Vision: You will build the core foundation to realize "Confidential Computing as a Platform" (CC-platform), enabling privacy-preserving computation to be seamlessly integrated into any application.

【Responsibilities】

For the commercial release and subsequent platform expansion of the company's products, the following technical issues are expected to be addressed:

・Design and Implementation of High-Reliability, High-Security Backend Architecture: Building robust systems that maintain the highest security standards.

・Scalable Infrastructure & Application Integration: Constructing processing foundations capable of handling large-scale, high-load traffic and designing optimal integration with Python (FastAPI) applications.

・Full-Stack Optimization for Multi-tenant SaaS: Driving end-to-end optimization from the infrastructure layer (Azure/Google Cloud/AWS) to the application layer for a multi-tenant SaaS that handles highly confidential data.

・Leading Autonomous Product Development: Leading development initiatives by balancing business requirements with technical constraints, specifically performance and security.

【 Requirements】

■Required

Meet two or more skills within the following four categories, or one exceptionally strong skill.

① Backend Architect

Experience designing, developing, and operating large-scale or high-load backend applications in commercial environments

Proficient in fundamental computer science knowledge, multiple languages, frameworks, and databases (RDB/NoSQL), with the ability to rationally determine appropriate architectures—such as microservices or modular monoliths—based on phase and requirements

② Enterprise Security / Domain Design

Experience designing and operating systems requiring extremely high security standards (information governance, access management) for large enterprises, including SaaS, finance, and healthcare.

Skilled at abstracting domain knowledge to translate complex business requirements and data confidentiality into system architecture, enabling the design of robust data models resilient to specification changes.

③ DevOps / SRE

Experience automating and stabilizing deployment flows for systems with complex dependencies using tools like Docker and Terraform

Understands the characteristics of cloud infrastructure (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS) and can autonomously propose and implement foundational improvements to ensure observability and resolve operational pain points

④ Business-Driven Tech Lead
