仕事内容:

【POINT】

・特別養護老人ホームでの理学療法士のお仕事

・介護が必要な方のために、体を動かす練習やケアを行います。

・座る・寝返る・立ち上がるといった動作を支えながら、少しでも快適に過ごしていただけるようにサポート

・介護スタッフや看護師さんと協力しながら、チームで支える職場です*

【仕事内容】

・利用者さまの身体機能を維持・改善するリハビリの実施

・座位保持、移動動作などの訓練

・介護スタッフ・看護スタッフと連携したケア支援

・訓練計画書の作成と記録 など

※入浴や食事介助などの介護業務はございません

・慣れるまで安心の先輩スタッフのフォロー体制
