仕事内容:

中区にあるプラントや機械器具を扱う専門商社で、営業事務をお願いします。

海外拠点と英語でのメールやり取りが発生しますが、翻訳ツールを活用するので、英語に抵抗感がなければ問題ありません

・受発注(納期調整・納期管理、見積書、注文書、納品書、請求書作成・発送)

・売上処理、支払処理

・経費処理

・宅配便、クーリエ輸出(INVOICE作成含む)

・書類コピー・ファイリング、出荷荷物梱包作業、電話対応

※海外のグループ会社とのやり取りで英語を使用したメール対応あり(翻訳ツール使用)
