仕事内容:
電子機器メーカーの開発部門で 技術サポート事務 のお仕事です。
私たちの身近にある電子製品や先端機器の開発を行っており、社会や産業を支えるものづくりを担っています。
チームの一員として、設計担当社員が進める開発プロジェクトをデータ管理・資料作成・現場確認の面から支えていただきます。
本ポジションは「設計をする仕事」ではなく、「設計がスムーズに進むように支える仕事」。判断や責任を一人で抱えることはなく、社員の指示に沿って進めるため、業界未経験の方でも安心してスタートできます。
【主な仕事内容】
- 専用システムを使用した開発工程のチェック業務
- 条件ごとの試験結果・数値データの確認作業
- シミュレーション結果の照合および事前動作チェック
- 入力データの集計・加工・取りまとめ
- グラフや資料への落とし込みなどのレポート作成補助
- 現場にて「想定通りに動いているか」の確認サポート
- 社員との打ち合わせ同席および進捗共有
数字やデータを扱う業務が中心ですが、難しい設計判断はありません。決められた条件に沿って確認・整理する業務がメインのため、「コツコツ型」「正確性を大切にできる方」に向いている仕事です。
デスクワークと現場確認のバランスが取れており、単調になりすぎない点も魅力。データ整理や資料作成スキルが自然と身につき、将来的に開発事務や技術サポート分野でのキャリアアップも目指せます。

・基本的なPC操作(Excelでの入力・集計、簡単な関数、資料作成)ができる方

業界経験や設計知識は必須ではありません。開発部門での事務経験、品質管理や評価業務、技術サポート、営業事務などの経験があれば活かせます。
