Q. どんな会社ですか?
A. 東証スタンダード上場企業「株式会社ワイズホールディングス」のグループ会社で、2017年発足の第2営業本部は年々売上拡大している成長企業です。
Q. 具体的に何をするの?
A. 樹脂発泡品・合成ゴムなどの営業をお任せします。お客様のニーズヒアリング、材料選定から加工方法の検討・提案、見積提示、試作品製作、本生産から納品まで一連の流れを担当します。
Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?
A. 入社後3ヶ月間の充実した研修制度があります。商品知識の習得、加工協力工場での実習、上司・先輩との同行営業を通じて段階的にスキルアップできます。
Q. どんな方が活躍していますか?
A. 現在営業7名が在籍し、50代1名、40代4名、30代1名、20代1名とバランス良い年齢構成です。少人数オフィスでベテランスタッフが多く、質問しやすい環境で成長できます。
