技術営業職(番頭)

【主なお仕事について】

・大手ゼネコンとの営業活動・商談

・工事に必要な見積り・積算業務

・現場で働く職人の手配・管理

・材料調達から納入までの一貫管理

・プロジェクト全体の進行統括

・安全管理と品質管理の実施

勤務時間: 8:00~18:00(実働8時間)

勤務地: 静岡県浜松市(本社)

休暇・休日:

休日: 土曜・日曜・年末年始・ゴールデンウィーク・盆休み

年間休日数: 105日(弊社カレンダーによる)

有給休暇: 入社時より付与、積極的な取得を奨励

その他休暇: 慶弔休暇、育休・産休制度あり

代休制度: 休日出勤の場合は代休で対応(取得率100%を目指す)
