【入社直後のミッション】
LINE運用サービスやAIを駆使したプラットフォーム(月額15万程度)の提案営業を行いながら基本的なWebマーケティングの知識を身につけて頂きます
【中長期のキャリア】
・企業のマーケティング戦略立案から全ての「HP・SNS・広告・動画」全てを複合的に活用したコンサルティングサービス(月額30万円程度)の提案営業
・オンラインセミナー講師・大手法人へのソリューション営業 ・チームマネジメント ・新規事業立ち上げ
・契約企業の長期コンサル:ご自身で契約したクライアントへのマーケティングディレクション
【具体的な業務】
マーケティングに関するセミナーを開催し、参加された法人や問合せのあった法人へ、無料Webコンサルを行うことで課題解決策を提示し、サービスの契約(最短1年)を獲得して頂きます。
【仕事の流れ】
▼アポイント
自社セミナー参加企業のアンケートからアプローチするためのリストを作成し、
リストをもとに電話やメールなどを通じてアポイントを獲得。
飛び込み営業などは行わず、新大陸のサービスに興味のある企業に対してアプローチします。
▼ヒアリング
面談にて、事業計画や課題の深堀りを行います。顧客の目標に対しての現状とのギャップがどこにあるか、新大陸の介在価値をお互いに見出すためのヒアリングを実施します。
▼提案・クロージング
お客様が抱える売上課題や集客課題を根本から解決していける提案とサービスを説明します。
パートナーとしての信頼関係を築き、サポート後のお客様のビジョンをしっかりとご理解・納得いただいた上で契約いただきます。
▼引継ぎ
マーケティングコンサルタント(ディレクター)へお客様を引継ぎ、コンサルタントからお客様に対し、より詳細な長期的戦略立案と施策の提案を行い、SNS運用をスタートしていきます。

勤務時間・曜日:
9:00~18:00
裁量労働制(みなし労働10時間)
残業は月20~30時間程度(残業45時間分は責任手当にて支給)
休暇・休日:
完全週休2日制(土・日・祝休み)年間休日125日(有給休暇除く)、年末年始・慶弔・特別・GW・夏期・お盆休暇、育児短時間措置、妊婦特別休暇、産前産後休暇
※有給は年5回以上の計画取得を推進しています(有給休暇取得率75%)

想定年収:500万円〜750万円
■月給35.9万円~53.7万円
・決算賞与あり(事業業績による)
・営業インセンティブあり
※基本給(26.5万円〜)+責任手当(9.3万円〜)「固定残業代45時間分含む」)
※過去のご経験やスキルに応じて変動する可能性もございます。
※裁量労働制:深夜残業、休日出勤の場合割増賃金あり
