1. 検品作業
Receiving 検品
Check/Inform the delivery (If any) 必要に応じて納期確認
2. BSS Update システムへのアップデート
Update the delivery status on BSS システム内での受け入れ処理
3. Picking up by the departments ピックアップ時の対応
Support to other departments when they come to pick up 現場担当者がピックアップに来られた時の対応
4. Respond to the phone call 電話対応
Confirm the purpose of the call and transfer a call 電話の取次ぎ
5. Cleaning 清掃
Cleaning receiving area 検品エリアの清掃
6. Documentation 事務作業
Scan and save in the folder, or file the documents (If necessary) ファイリングやスキャンなどの事務作業
What do we look for
購買の経験もしくはホテル業界の有無(無くても良い場合は、最低限どのような経験が必要か)
購買、ホテルともに経験
必要な知識や PC・システムの経験
購買の仕事はホテルの華やかなイメージとは異なり裏方の仕事
取引先の方も手伝ってくださいますが、検品の際に肉や魚、瓶・缶など、重たい商品を運ぶことがあります。
パソコンに苦手意識がなければ問題ございません。
