下記のような背景から、材料開発者人員の確保をしたいと考えています。

・タイヤ商品開発サイクル短縮に伴う材料/配合開発数増加

・タイヤ生産拠点増加に伴う材料/配合面での開発工数増加

・材料面でのサステナビリティ、脱炭素化を推進する上での工数確保

【部門のミッション】

市場動向と顧客要求を的確に捉え、独自性ある技術開発を行うことにより、

小型タイヤ、大型タイヤ、自動車用防振ゴム等の商品開発に必要な、材料開発及び基盤技術開発をスピーディに行う。

【期待される役割】

材料開発グループの一員として配合設計を担当し、関連部門と協力しながら新商品開発を行っていただきたいです。

【主な職務内容】

・タイヤ用原材料開発

・タイヤ用配合開発

・材料面でのサステナビリティ、脱炭素化推進

【具体的な業務内容】

・新規高機能材料の商品適用に向けた評価

・新商品の要求性能達成に向けた配合開発

・中長期的サステナビリティ、脱炭素化目標達成に向けた材料評価推進

入社後1年程度は指導員を付けてOJTの教育カリキュラム有り。

社外:品質知識教育講習、IATF16949講習

応募資格

【必須要件】

大学又は大学院にて下記のいずれかを専攻されていた方

化学(有機、高分子、応用化学、化学工学、物質工学、環境工学)

※普通自動車免許をお持ちでない方は、入社後取得いただく必要がございます。

正社員(期間の定めなし)

【試用期間】

3ヵ月あり(期間中の待遇は変わりません)

【想定年収】(月給制)

400~600万円

※経験・スキルを最大限考慮し、当社規定により優遇致します。

【想定月給】

223,100円~348,100円(その他固定手当/月:1,800円~64,500円含む)

【基本給】

221,300円~283,600円

【賞与・手当】

昇給 年1回(4月)

賞与 年2回(7月、12月)

賞与実績(23年度5.3か月分 24年度5.6ヶ月分)

住宅手当(世帯主13,000円、独身5,500円、親元2,000円)

勤務地手当、給食手当、通勤手当

9:00~18:00 標準労働時間8時間

フレックスタイム制

【テレワーク実施率】

30%程度

ご入社後業務に慣れていただくまでは出社をお願いしております。

その後は業務状況に応じて活用いただくことも可能ですが、出社をお願いするケースもございます。

【休日・休暇】

年間休日121日/週休2日制(祝日・日)※事業所カレンダーによる

有給休暇(勤続1年で15日。最高で年間20日付与)

入社時点で付与(入社月により3~12日) 入社翌年度以降は4/1に一斉付与となります。
