Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Tokyo. As a key member of our business intelligence unit, you will be responsible for analyzing data insights to drive business growth and optimize advertising market strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide actionable data insights to inform business decisions
  • Analyze trends and market dynamics to guide strategic planning
  • Implement continuous improvements to enhance data analysis processes

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages
  • Familiarity with AB testing methodologies
  • Ability to extract, organize, and analyze complex data sets
  • Knowledge of statistical methods for data processing and visualization
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau
  • Excellent verbal and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or economics
  • Experience in user growth and advertising business
  • Consulting firm experience

Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (or Chinese/Japanese)
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents
