職務概要
医療機器品質の未来をつくるポジションです。
Advanced Patient Monitoring(APM)事業部の品質マネジメントをリードする、非常に重要な役割です。グローバル製造所との連携、新製品の上市、品質監査、QMS対応など、幅広いテーマに主体的に関わりながら、事業の成長を支える影響力の大きいポジションです。
職務内容
APM事業部の品質マネジメントシステム(QMS)の維持・改善をリードします。海外製造所と日本市場をつなぐ品質保証の中心として、以下の業務を担当いただきます。
■海外製造所からの品質情報・安全情報を入手ならびに評価を行い市場における措置の計画案を作成
■海外製造所等からの変更情報に対する品質保証上の評価を実施
■内部品質監査員として監査を実施
■製品標準書の維持・改訂・発行
■外国製造所登録
■QMS適合性調査の申請と実施の管理
■新製品の上市にかかる各種品質管理上の手順書の整備
社内での各種プロジェクトに品質担当として参加します。下記は例です。
■APM事業製品の製造販売承認の承継(承継元からBDへ)におけるERP移管プロジェクト
■上記承継における品質管理監督文書ならびに記録の受取とBDでの保持管理
応募資格
必須要件:
医療機器メーカー、または製造販売業における品質保証または薬事業務の経験(5年以上)
日本語および英語での読み書きおよび会話に抵抗がない方
歓迎要件:
外国製造所登録 の業務経験
QMS適合性調査の申請対応 の経験
