【業務内容】

病院にて、入院患者さまの回復ステージに合わせた

"適切な内容・負荷・目標設定" を行うリハビリを担当します。

関節可動域訓練・歩行訓練・筋力強化などの基本訓練に加え、

回復段階に応じた負荷量・内容変更

症状や治療経過に基づく迅速な計画調整

恐怖感や不安の低減を含む心理的サポート

退院・在宅準備を視野に入れたアドバイス

など、その時期に最適なリハビリを選択し続ける コーディネート型支援を行います。

医師・看護師・相談員との連携を行い、治療方針と患者さまの生活背景を踏まえた進行が可能な環境です。

【1日のスケジュール例】

8:30 出勤・カンファレンス(治療状況・回復段階整理)

9:00 午前リハ(評価・訓練・内容調整)

12:00 休憩

13:00 午後リハ(生活動作指導・段階負荷トレーニング)

15:30 退院準備に向けたセルフケア提案

16:00 記録・多職種連携ミーティング

17:30 退勤
