仕事概要


【ミッション】 世界初のアンモニア合成技術を持つベンチャー企業である当社において、高効率アンモニア合成・アンモニア付加価値化のプロセス開発をメインにお任せいたします。 アンモニア合成システムのライセンサーとして、分離膜などの新しい技術を用いたプロセスの設計・開発が主業務になります。 当社が保有する基盤技術は、グリーンアンモニアの商業化を世界先駆けて実現するポテンシャルを秘めています。なかでもプロセス開発業務はスタートアップ企業を数年間で売上数百億円規模に成長させる重要なポジションです。 ご経験やご志向性次第で、アンモニア製造プラントのプロセス設計、プロジェクトマネジメント、調達(ベンダーマネジメント)、建設現場での指揮等々、幅広い業務に携わっていただくことも可能です。 【具体的な業務内容】 ・新規プロセスの技術検証・商業化に向けた設計・開発業務 ・触媒開発チーム・マーケティング・社内専門部隊・外部設計委託先との共同作業 ・プロセス最適化、新規プロセスの考案・アイディア出し ・化工設計ツールを用いたアンモニア合成プラントの基本設計及び詳細設計 等

必須スキル


・新規プロセスの開発・実証設備の設計や運用の経験 ・議論・設計・開発を率先して円滑に推進できる能力

歓迎スキル


・エンジニアリング企業/石油精製・化学会社等でのプロセス設計・検討経験 ・プロセスシミュレータの利用経験 ・高圧ガス設備設計 ・熱交換器の設計および設計ツールの利用経験 ・プロセス以外のプロジェクト(安全業務・プラント操業等)の業務経験 ・ビジネスレベル以上の英語力、英語を介した多国籍人材との共同作業
