【プラント技術開発】工学知識を活かして原子力プラントの解析業務に挑戦しませんか?

セントラルエンジニアリング株式会社では、原子力プラントにおける確率論的リスク評価(PRA)を中心とした解析業務を担当していただきます。解析業務が全体の約70%、打ち合わせや報告資料作成が約30%となります。入社後は研修を経て配属となり、配属後もOJTでしっかりサポート。WEB研修も用意しているため、柔軟な学びの環境が整っています。

キャリアアップを目指す方には、プロジェクトリーダーやマネージャーへの道もご用意。さらに、一定期間勤務後は希望するプロジェクトに立候補できるFA制度もあり、エンジニア一人ひとりの意向を大切にしています。
