■People Functions(人事・チーム関連)
- 同僚、上司、すべての部門と協力的でプロフェッショナルな関係を維持する。
- Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors, and all departments.
- 指示に基づき、ハウスキーピング業務全般のサポートを行う。
- Assist in all areas of Housekeeping as assigned.
- 必要に応じて、部門内の他業務をサポートする。
- Assist in other areas of the department as needed.
- 日本語・英語の両方でコミュニケーションができるスキルを持つ。
- Require communication skills in both Japanese and English.
■Product Functions(業務・オペレーション関連)
- モーニングレポートで部屋の状態を確認し、不一致を報告。チェックアウト後の部屋を更新し、作業の優先順位をつける。
- Verify room status on the morning report; report discrepancies; prioritize and update checkout rooms.
- 部屋のステータスを確認し、担当ルームアテンダントを適切に配置する。
- Check the room status and assign the designated Room Attendant.
- 担当ルームアテンダントが清掃した部屋をチェックリストに基づいて点検し、ホテル基準に従っていることを確認する。必要に応じて修正指導を行う。
- Inspect rooms cleaned by assigned room attendants using a designated checklist. Ensure rooms meet hotel standards and follow up on any corrections.
- 修理・メンテナンスが必要な場合は作業オーダーを記入し、ハウスキーピングコーディネーターへ報告。緊急対応は直接連絡する。
- Complete maintenance work orders and report to the housekeeping coordinator. Contact directly for urgent repairs.
- ゲストからのハウスキーピング関連リクエストに迅速かつ丁寧に対応し、アイテムの届け・返却をフォローアップする。
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for housekeeping items or additional supplies and follow up on delivery and return.
- ゲスト廊下、バックエリアのパントリーおよび廊下を常に清潔に保つ。
- Keep all guest corridors and BOH pantries clean and organized.
- 退勤前に全ての書類・引継ぎ業務を完了し、マネージャーまたは次のシフト担当者と状況を確認する。
- Complete all paperwork and closing duties before leaving, reviewing any follow-up items with the manager or next shift supervisor.
- ハウスキーピングアシスタントマネージャーまたはディレクターが指示するその他の業務を行う。
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Assistant Manager or Director of Housekeeping.
■Profit Functions(収益管理関連)
- 客室アメニティや備品の状態を確認し、必要に応じて報告する。
- Check all room amenities and items, reporting any issues to the Housekeeping Assistant Manager.
- アメニティの数量を確認し、正確に発注する。
- Verify amenity quantities and ensure correct ordering.
