学習塾『進学ゼミナール』にて講師・教室運営業務全般を担当。

◆主なお仕事

・小中学生への少人数制の集団授業

・進路指導や生徒の質問応対や保護者との面談

・ポスティングや掲示物作成等の販促活動

・問合せ対応、成績管理等の事務作業

『進学ゼミナール』は1クラス10名程度の【少人数制授業】なので生徒に対する手厚いフォローが可能

完全未経験でもチャレンジできます/教員免許はなくてもOK。

未経験の方は当社のスタイルや想い、指導方法などを学べる研修から始めます。

講師として豊富な経験を持つ先輩がていねいにレクチャー。

生徒に分かりやすい指導方法やモチベーションアップの方法など、一般的な授業見学や模擬授業では学べない部分もお教えします。

※講師/教室長経験者の方は優遇します。入社研修後すぐに教室をお任せすることもできます。

勤務時間・曜日:

13:20~22:00

※所定労働時間を超える残業は平均月15H程度

年単位の変形労働時間制を導入。

(1週間の総労働時間:35時間00分~45時間00分)

あなたのライフスタイルに合わせて時短勤務や勤務日数(週4日勤務)などは応相談・柔軟に対応

休暇・休日:

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥29,851〜¥53,483(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給には一律の講師手当10,000円分が含まれています。
