部署紹介 ※2025/10現在 カスタマーエクスペリエンス室 人数:約20名 年齢:20代〜40代 【チームの特徴】 顧客体験の最大化を目指すカスタマーエクスペリエンス室は、「SaaSプロダクト開発に携わる」プロダクトデザインユニットと、「情報発信時のコミュニケーション手段を考える」ブランドデザインユニットに分かれています。各々が担当するプロジェクト間での体験を統一するために、デザイナー同士のナレッジシェアや相談の機会を設け、意識統一を図っています。 【参考資料】 SUPER STUDIOのデザイン組織や、業務についてを詳しく書いた記事がcocodaにて掲載されています。ぜひご覧ください。URLはこちら 向き合う課題 SaaSプロダクトとコーポレート、D2Cプロダクトの魅力をわかりやすく明確に生産性高く伝えることが、私たちのミッションです。 我々にとってのユーザーは、コマース事業者で働くブランド運営スタッフ、さらにはそのECサイトを利用する消費者です。 【具体的な課題】 ・1ブランドマルチプロダクト戦略に適したデザインシステムのアップデート ・開発生産性アップのための、デザインプロセス改善 ・リソース不足によるデザインシステムや開発フローのAI化推進のスピードの鈍化 業務内容 このポジションでは、AIを前提としたデザインとフロントエンドの再設計と運用を担います。 デザインとエンジニアリングを横断してコミュニケーションし、結節点となって体験品質や生産性を向上を目指していただきます。 【具体的な業務内容】 ・AIを前提にした制作フローの再設計(分解再構築、役割定義、標準化) ・MCP/CLI等によるワークフロー自動化と外部ツール連携の検証・導入 ・プロダクトフロントエンド開発とデザインシステム構築の双方の専門性を持ち、相互に連携 ・デザインとエンジニアリングを横断してコミュニケーションし、結節点となって体験品質を向上 ・AIフレンドリーなデザインシステム/ライブラリ/ガイドラインの設計・運用 【デザイン環境/利用ツール】 OS:Mac デザイン:Figma、Adobe Creative Cloud AI系ツール:Cursor、Claude、Claude Code、ChatGPT、Gemini、Gemini CLI、NotebookLM、Figma Make 開発環境: HTML、CSS、SCSS、Tailwind CSS、JavaScript、TypeScript、)、Webpack、Liquid(ecforce)、Ruby on Rails、AWS、Docker、Vercel など タスク管理:Jira、Notion コミュニケーション:Slack、Figjam その他:GitHub、Zapier ポジションの魅力/やりがい ・SaaSプロダクト開発の魅力 ・多様な企業のニーズに応え得るシステムを提供するためには、複雑で多くの機能を必要とします。 この要件を満たしつつ、いかにわかりやすく、使いやすい体験を提供できるのか、デザイナーの力が試されます。 ・コマース事業に関わるおもしろさ ・ecoforceは、オンラインからオフラインまで、その提供価値を日々広げています。 ECサイトの運営や、通信販売でのお買い物、アパレル店舗での接客、サロンでの予約管理など… 生活の中の様々な業務や、シーンの課題解決にチャレンジできます。 ・AI関連等の新しい技術 ・全社的にAIの検証がいたるところで行われています。 デザイン領域も積極的に利用しており、プロトタイプやデザインシステム領域はもちろんPMタスクやデータ分析周りでも検証しています。

必須スキル


・デジタルプロダクトのフロントエンド開発実務、UIデザイン実務経験が合わせて3年以上 ・異なるチームや職種をまたいだコミュニケーション能力 ・新しいサービス、ツール、ソフトウェアの動向を追い、自ら手を動かし検証した経験 ・自動化やAIツールへの強い興味関心

歓迎スキル


・デザインシステムの構築・運用の実務経験 ・LLM導入/運用の実務経験 ・CLI/MCP/ワークフロー自動化(例: GitHub Actions, Make等)の経験 ・SaaSプロダクトやマーケティングにおけるデザイン・フロントエンド開発経験

応募概要


給与

年収:5000000~ ※現年収やスキルにより変動があり、ご経験・スキルを考慮して決定いたします ※試用期間は6ヶ月 毎月固定残業手当 (月45時間相当分)を支給 【例】 年収700万円の場合 基本給:364,240円/固定残業代:128,082円 ※45時間を超える時間外労働分については別途支給
