■担当事業・プロダクト社内には多くの事業、サービスがあります。以下に一例を挙げます。・医療従事者向けメディア ・製薬企業のプロモーション支援サービス MR君・国内シェアNo. 1のクラウド電子カルテ エムスリーデジカル・医療施設向け予約〜会計までできる総合サービス デジカルスマート診療・コンシューマ向けの健康相談サービス Askdoctors・グローバル向けプロダクト
■担当業務・テスト自動化の設計・開発(ユニットテスト、APIテスト、E2Eテスト、VRT)・テスト自動化の基盤構築(自動テスト実行環境、テスト自動化フレームワーク等)・テスト自動化 / 自動テストのメンテナンス戦略の策定・各サービスのテスト自動化導入支援・自動テストで品質を担保する領域と手動テストで品質を担保する領域の切り分け支援
■技術スタック・テストケース管理: Testrail・言語: Ruby / Python / JavaScript / TypeScript・チャットツール: Slack・チケット管理: JIRA / Redmine・CIツール: GitLab-CI / Jenkins・インフラ: オンプレミス / AWS / GCP・自動テストツール: Selenium Webdriver / Playwright / mabl
■チーム体制・QAチームに所属し、各サービスの開発担当、QA担当と協調し、担当サービスのテスト自動化を推進する
■得られる経験・スキル・Webアプリのテスト自動化経験・テスト自動化の基盤構築・運用経験・Test Pyramidの実現など効率的なテスト自動化戦略の専門知識・テスト自動化の旗振り役としてリーダーシップを発揮する経験
■応募条件(必須)・Webアプリ / API等の設計・開発経験・何らかのテスト自動化経験(ユニットテスト、APIのテスト、E2Eテスト)・他チーム・他部門とのコミュニケーション能力
■応募条件(できれば)・WebアプリのE2Eテスト自動化経験(Selenium WebDriver / Playwright / TestCafe など)・スマートフォンアプリのE2Eテスト自動化経験(XCUITest、UiAutomator2、Appiumなど)・テスト自動化の基盤構築・運用経験・テスト計画、テスト設計経験・テストプロセスの管理経験
■想定年収想定年収:5,000,000円~(現年収を考慮し、選考評価をもとに最終決定いたします)
専門業務型裁量労働制となります・月給399,000円~・給与には、固定残業代(76,988円~、30時間相当分)を含みます・1日あたりのみなし労働時間:9時間0分
募集要項
勤務時間9時00分~17時45分(昼食休憩時間60分)
昇給・賞与昇給年1回、賞与年2回
諸手当平日残業(所定労働制/フレックスタイム制の場合)・深夜残業・休日勤務
休日・休暇書類選考→面接2~3回※最終面接前までに適性検査(SPI)の受検をお願いしております。※経験や実績に応じて選考フローや面接回数が変動する可能性がございます。
