土曜日出勤も月に2回ありますが平日より1時間早くあがれます(給与変わらず)
同じフロアに事務以外に営業、企画、商品管理課すべてあるので社内コミュニケーションはスムーズです。
メーカーや得意先など幅広い取引先があるので、内勤で残業無しだけれどコミュニケーション能力生かしたい方オススメです。

【仕事内容】:
担当営業のサポート役として、書類の作成や取引先との調整、お客様へのご連絡などの業務をお任せします。
複数の仕事のなかから優先順位をつけてスケジュールを組んでいくため、メリハリのある働き方が可能です
【扱う商品】
インテリア、アロマ・フレグランス、バス・ボディーケア、キッチン、ガーデン、ステーショナリー、オーガニック商材など、若い女性を中心に人気の高い商品を扱っています。
商品を卸しているのは、駅ビルやデパートなどにも出店しているようなオシャレな雑貨店や大手小売店。
普段の生活で、当社が扱っている商品を見かけることも多いです。
【具体的な仕事内容】
- 事務作業
・発注書の作成、処理
・納品書などの作成
・書類の保管、管理
・電話・メール対応
・入力業務
・不良品対応と処理
- お客様や取引先とのやりとり
・納品の個数や日にちのすり合わせ
・在庫の確認、発注
・メーカーとの納期の調整 など
※受発注入力は販売管理ソフトを使用しています。入社後に使い方をイチからお教えしますのでご安心ください
※書類はWordやExcelなどで作成します。すでにテンプレートがあるので、数字や文字を変える簡単なものがほとんどです。
