業務内容

  • 製造管理

幼稚園・こども園・保育園に笑顔を届ける

給食の調理・製造業務、炊事業務、および

それらの管理業務全般をお任せします。

【具体的な業務】

入社当初は、調理・製造作業から勤務いただき、

その後管理職者として日中業務や他の事業部での

業務も担当頂きます。

パート/アルバイトの製造管理・マネジメント

<製造業務>

調理・盛り付け・仕込み・洗浄・配送

<炊事業務>※佐倉工場に隣接する炊飯工場配属の場合

炊飯加工センターでの製造業務、ならびにHACCPの

基準に基づく生産体制の管理

工場業務を一通り把握いただき、

日中業務や他拠点での業務も担当頂きます。

私たち(株)幼稚園給食は1973年に千葉県唯一の

幼稚園児専門の給食センターとしてスタート。

以来、半世紀以上もの間、多くの子供たちに

常に安心・安全を第一とした、美味しい給食を

お届けしてきました。

現在では、船橋・龍ヶ崎・佐倉の3つの工場から

325園の幼稚園・こども園・保育園に給食をお届けし、

6万5千名以上のお子様に食べて頂いております。

この設立以来の守り続けてきた経営理念のもと、

安全でおいしく、栄養のバランスがとれた食事を

  • 安心・安全への取組み

本社・工場では2020年1月にHACCP認証

(JFS-B規格適合 JFS-B を取得いたしました。

HACCPとは食品など事業者自らが食中毒菌汚染や

異物混入などの危害要因を把握した上で、

原材料の入荷から製品の出荷に至る全行程の中で、

それらの危害要因を除去または低減させるために

特に重要な工程を管理し、食品の安全性を確保する

ための衛生管理の手法です。

当社ではこの衛生 管理プログラムを活かし、今後も

より一層安心・安全、そして笑顔をお届けできるよう

努力して参ります。
