窓口での受付・電話対応等の受付業務、パソコン入力等の一般的な事務及び、営業に携わる業務をお願いします。 営業につきましてはお客様への融資のご案内、申し込みの受付及び貸付等をお願いします。まずは職場見学や面接で詳細をお伺いください。

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 19万8800円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万5990円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

月給 244,790円 (※想定年収 3,300,000円 ~)

月給244,790円(基本給116,000円、職能給59,400円,固定残業代46,170円、特別手当3,000円、調整手当20,220円)

・固定残業代は時間外労働の有無にかかわらず30時間分を支給します。基本的に30時間を超える場合はございませんが、超過分については法定通り追加で支給します。

・月給表記ですが欠勤控除があります。

・試用期間は6ヶ月で、その間の雇用形態の条件に変更はありません。

入社6年 チーフリーダー 月収約34万 推定年収約520万円
