Embedded Engineer (Sensing: Autonomous Flight Drones)

We are looking for engineers with strong expertise in sensing technologies such as SLAM and navigation to support the development of autonomous flight drones.
◆ Job Description
Overview:
You will be responsible for designing and developing sensing (SLAM) and navigation systems for autonomous drones. This includes involvement throughout the full development cycle—from product planning, research, and technical evaluation to implementation, testing, and on-site proof of concept (PoC).
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with the product manager on requirements definition and specifications
• Design and validate autonomous flight systems
• Develop multi-sensor fusion-based sensing systems
• Research and verify sensing algorithms
• Conduct testing and proof-of-concept in both real and simulated environments

◆ Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
• Experience in developing sensing systems using sensors such as cameras and LiDAR
• Experience in location and velocity estimation using SLAM or Visual/LiDAR Odometry
• Experience in robotics or autonomous systems development
• Strong knowledge in linear algebra, calculus, statistics, and related mathematics
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with robotics frameworks such as ROS
• Experience in kernel rebuilding
• Experience with hard real-time system development
• Practical experience with single-board computers (e.g., Jetson)
• Experience in startup or venture environments
• Experience in hypothesis testing and validation of new technologies
• Experience translating mathematical theory into real-world implementation
