仕事内容:

下呂温泉の老舗旅館「小川屋」では、

スタッフが安心して働ける環境づくりを担う

【総務事務スタッフ】を募集しています。

【具体的なお仕事】

・電話応対、来客対応(派遣会社・組合など)

・新入社員の受け入れ、入社事務手続き

・社会保険・産休育休など各種手続き対応

・ハローワーク・年金事務所とのやり取り

・社員寮の管理(修繕手配、備品チェックなど)

・技能実習生の申請書類準備

・各種データ入力、資料作成などの事務作業

専門知識がなくても問題ありません。

丁寧な引き継ぎとサポート体制で、無理なくスタートできます。

勤務時間・曜日:

①7:00~21:00

②7:30~18:00

③8:00~22:00

いずれのシフトも実働7.5時間

4週7日

*月に2回以上は土日のどちらかの休暇取得ができます

アクセス:

給与:

・賞与あり(年2回)

・昇給あり

・通勤手当(月15,000円まで)
