Responsibilities:

  • アクティブディレクトリ、Exchange、電子メール・マイグレーション、ハイブリッド・マイグレーション、Office365アプリケーションのトラブルシューティング、PowerShellスクリプト、および全般的なOffice365テクニカル・サポートに関する実務知識
歓迎スキル:
  • MS関連サポートプロジェクトの経験があり、コンシェルジュまたはプレミアが望ましい
  • 関連するMicrosoftの認証
  • 日本語・英語の優れた文章力・言語力
Required Skills:
  • 10 years of experience for technical leads and 5 years for technical assistance
  • Excellent customer service skills via voice/email, chat
  • Ability to use any of the Office365 products (MS Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, AD, Power Platform, Viva, etc.) at an administrative level.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Email Migration, Hybrid Migration, Office365 application troubleshooting, PowerShell scripts, and general Office365 technical support
Welcome Skills:
  • Experience in MS-related support projects, Concierge or Premier preferred
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in Japanese and English
