【お仕事内容(むずかしい作業なし)】

グループホーム(1ユニット9名)で、利用者さまの日常生活をやさしくサポートするお仕事です。

少人数なので、慌ただしく動き回ることはありません。

  • 主なお仕事

・食事や入浴のサポート

・見守り、声かけ、会話

・掃除や洗濯などの簡単なお手伝い

・レクリエーションの準備・実施

・(日勤)送迎の付き添い

「自分の家族だったら…」という気持ちで寄り添うケアを大切にしています。

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1140円 〜 1631円

・無資格 1,140円~ 夜勤の場合1勤務22,640円(実質時給1,415円)

・初任者研修修了/2級 1,145円~ 夜勤の場合1勤務22,720円(実質時給1,420円)

・実務者研修修了/1級 1,155円~ 夜勤の場合1勤務22,880円(実質時給1,430円)

・介護福祉士 1,170円~ 夜勤の場合1勤務23,120円(実質時給1,445円)

  • 週1回以上必ず夜勤に入れる方

・無資格 1,350円~ 夜勤の場合1勤務25,300円(実質時給1,581円)

・初任者研修修了/2級 1,360円~ 夜勤の場合1勤務25,460円(実質時給1,591円)

・実務者研修修了/1級 1,380円~ 夜勤の場合1勤務25,780円(実質時給1,611円)

・介護福祉士 1,400円~ 夜勤の場合1勤務26,100円(実質時給1,631円)
