マルチ燃料エンジン開発エンジニアの人員強化。

【職務のミッション】

カーボンニュートラル燃料対応の次世代マルチ燃料エンジン*の開発。

(*エタノール/メタン/水素等)

【職務の内容】

・商品開発:構造・熱・燃焼・信頼性など複合領域を統合し、商品性・環境性能・コストを最適化するマルチ燃料エンジンを設計、他部門と連携し、量産化を推進する

・不具合対応:パワートレインの市場品質問題への対応を行う

・技術調査:産ソPT部門の事業に影響がある技術のグローバルな動向を調査する

・理工系専門学校/大学卒以上

待遇

【給与】

経験・スキルを最大限考慮し、当社規定により優遇致します。

750万円~900万円

昇給年1回、賞与年2回 (今年度実績予定6ヶ月)

【勤務時間】

本社8:45~17:45 工場8:15~17:15

※フレックスタイム(指定職場による/1日の標準労働時間8H)

【試用期間】

3ヶ月

【休日・休暇】

年間休日:121日(会社設定カレンダーによる週休2日制)

有給休暇:入社年度15日(勤続1年毎1日増、最高20日)ほか
