Job Purpose
- L&D Business Partners work with business leaders to develop excellent human resources by analyzing performance gap to facilitate the goal attainment of business division as well as employees, learning needs, and also by identifying, designing and promoting appropriate capacity building with business leaders.
- In collaboration with Global L&D, implement the global programs to Japan.
Job Responsibilities
- In partnership with business leaders (Stakeholders), conduct needs analysis, design programs for identified learning needs, develop materials, and facilitate to ensure learning objectives are achieved.
- Leads the overall management of the logistics of the assigned training sessions and creates an environment for the trainings.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the program in relation to the goals and make recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare effectiveness measurement reports and proposals on L&D, and summarize goals, solutions, budgets, quality, resources, challenges and constraints and their associated impacts.
- Propose and coordinate updates to existing training materials to continuously improve course content and program delivery methods.
- Develop and implement face-to-face sessions, webinars and e-learning programs based on research into L&D best practice, trends, and the latest skills to add value to the business.
- Work with Corporate Communications to plan effective and high-impact communication strategies and ensure that learning programs are informed, understood, and fully taken advantage of by employees.
- Find external vendors and lead negotiations and contracts, as required.
- Provide advice and coaching to those who need on a range of business issues relating to people and organizations, including dealing with change and supporting positive work environments.

Required Skills and Experiences
Education
- B.A or equivalent degree
Skills/knowledge/abilities
/qualifications/licenses
Skill: Communication skill, Interpersonal skill, Presentation skill, Document preparation skill/Business writing skill, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Meeting and training management skills using Teams and other meeting tools, Business level English skill, Self-leadership.
Personality/Temperament: Passion for people and organizational growth, Open-minded/Tolerance, Ambition for self-growth, Resilience, Independence/ Initiative.
Work Experience: At least 3 years' working experience, Experience in training and developing junior staff is an advantage.
