中古マンションのリノベーション工事を行う部署で、

事務サポートをお願いします。

現場で動く施工管理スタッフを、

事務所からサポートするお仕事です。

【具体的には】

・管理会社への電話問い合わせ

・現場で使う書類の作成・準備

・備品や材料の在庫チェック・発注

・データ入力(Excel・専用システム)

・見積書・請求書の作成補助

・電話・来客対応 など

同じ事務所に経理総務部のスタッフもいます

★わからないことは経理総務部の先輩に

相談しながら進められます

・施工管理事務の経験3年以上(ブランクOK)

・基本的なPC操作ができる方

【事務経験1年以上の方へ】

こちらの求人は経験者向けのお給料設定で作成していますが、 こちらポジションは事務経験1年以上の方も対象としています。

お気軽にご応募ください。お給料は月給25万円〜となります。

※入社後は仕事に集中していただきたいため、副業はご遠慮いただいています

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00〜18:00

★時間の調整も相談できます

(例:8:00〜17:00、9:00〜16:00など)

★お仕事に慣れてきたら、

お子さんの体調不良時などに

在宅勤務も可能です

平日と、隔週土曜日

※出勤を、AグループとBグループに分け、年間カレンダーの設定で出勤をいたします。

転勤は今のところございませんが、数年後に港区に出店の計画を立てています。

・渋谷駅、新宿駅から30分ほどで通勤可能な場所です

給与:

■役職手当(2~20万円/月)

■昇給あり

■賞与年2回(6月・12月)

■交通費全額支給

■時間外手当
