入社後のアサイン想定プロジェクト

■製造変革支援:大手製造業における工場将来像構想支援、新規工程設計・自働化支援、データ活用による生産性・品質改善支援、工場運営体制変革支援など

■R&D/設計変革支援:大手製造業におけるR&D起点での新規事業構築支援、MI活用支援など

■新規事業・製品サービス開発支援:大手製造業における工場向け新規サービス事業の企画・立ち上げ支援など

求める人材像

製造業の発展に貢献することに情熱をお持ちの方

単なるシステム導入ではなく製造現場、製品開発・設計・製造などの業務の変革に挑戦したい方

経験業務-必須要件

以下いずれかの経験、または知見をお持ちの方

①製造現場向けコンサルティング経験者(実務経験2年以上)

・コンサルタントとして、製造現場改善・工場の改革構想などの経験者

・コンサルタントとして、製造DX(デジタルツイン活用、IoT/AI活用などによる生産性・品質改善)などの経験者

・コンサルタントとして、製造現場向けのシステム導入PJで、ビジョン策定、企画構想、業務要件定義の経験者

②R&D/設計現場向けコンサルティング経験者(実務経験2年以上)

・コンサルタントとして、設計/R&D部門向けの業務改善などの経験者

・コンサルタントとして、設計/R&D部門向けのシステム導入PJで、ビジョン策定、企画構想、業務要件定義の経験者

③製造業での製造・設計・R&D業務経験者(実務経験5年以上)

・製造業での製造工程の新規設計・改善や人工程の自働化やデジタル化の経験者

・製造業でのR&Dにおけるデジタル化や業務改善の経験者(技術ポートフォリオ見直し、MI導入、R&Dデータ活用、技術横展開など)

・製造業での設計におけるデジタル化や業務改善の経験者(仕様設定、設計基準見直し、MBSE活用など)

④新規事業・製品サービス開発領域でのコンサルティング経験者(実務経験2年以上)

・コンサルタントとして、BtoB向けの新規製品・サービス開発や新規事業開発支援などの経験者

・コンサルタントとして、BtoB市場でのユーザー調査・分析などの経験者り

経験業務-歓迎要件

・英語(ビジネスレベル)

・経験業務-必須要件①②④において、製造業でのエンジニア経験あり

歓迎資格/スキル

・PMP、MBA、中小企業診断士、IoT検定、マーケティング関連資格、統計・分析関連資格、情報システム関連、Microsoft Azure/AWS等のクラウド構築関連の資格

・英語(語学力があればグローバルプロジェクトへの参画等キャリアの可能性が広がります)

勤務時間 フレックスタイム制(フレキシブルタイム 5:00~22:00) 標準労働時間帯:9:00~18:00(休憩1時間) 1日の標準労働時間:8時間 ※始業・終業時刻については、フレキシブルタイムの範囲内において従業員の決定に委ねます。 ※管理監督者(シニアマネージャー、マネージャー、シニアエキスパート、エキスパート)については、所定労働時間に関する定めは適用されません。
