必須スキル
・ITソフトウェア等を自身として理解/業務上も問題なく操作できる ・顧客折衝,クライアントワークの経験(オンラインや電話対応の経験も可) ・クライアントオーダーに応じた丁寧なコミュニケーション力

年収 350万円 〜 500万円 月給 29万1667円~41万6667円 ※経験・スキルを考慮の上、規定により決定します ※月あたり30時間までの超過勤務手当を含む 手当 超過勤務手当(月30時間を超えるものに対して)・深夜残業手当・休日勤務手当ほか

勤務時間 フレックスタイム制 (標準労働時間帯10:00~19:00、標準労働時間8時間とする) 休憩時間:1時間 コアタイム:11:00〜15:00 時間外労働:有 ※リモートワーク併用可。原則週3日オフィス勤務(入社後6ヶ月間は週5日オフィス勤務となります) ※レクチャーや問い合わせ対応に伴い、クライアント先に出向くことも発生いたします。 休日・休暇 年間120日 ・完全週休二日制 ・年次有給休暇 ・夏季休暇 ・年末年始休暇(12/30~1/3) ・慶弔休暇 ・産休、育休、介護休暇 ※年次有給休暇(入社半年後10日付与) 以後毎年勤続数に応じた日数を付与 カスタマーサクセスメンバーについては、家庭環境等を相談をした上で、 シフト制にて土日祝の勤務となる場合があります。 その場合は、月に1日~2日程度の土日祝の勤務となり、平日にて代休を取得いただきます。
